Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was very clean and came with higher-end toiletries, which was nice, but facing the courtyard on the first floor was inconvenient for me. However, the room was quiet overall.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room, although a bit small, was cozy and had everything I needed, including a fantastic shower with great water pressure. The service was exceptional, especially Pablo who truly made us feel at home. The location is perfect, just outside the walled city in Getsamani, offering plenty of food options. The dining experience was delicious, with fresh fruit starters. Overall, a great choice for your stay in Cartagena.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although cozy with a large bed and sofa, felt a bit closed-in on the higher floors, giving a cave-like feeling. The hotel's service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff, especially Samuel, Fernnay, Antonio, and Fabian. The location in the Getsemani area offered a convenient spot close to the historic district, but cleanliness was an issue. While the dining experience lacked a view, the rooftop pool ambiance was a highlight, though it fell short compared to other local options like Armeria Real for breakfast.
